Innovation literature shows that the characteristics of a company's innovation processes determine their performance in different areas. In this study, we adopt general conceptual model from theory and apply it to packaging innovation. This helps identify describe subprocesses how measure performance. It also links process cost climate packaging. Based on modified for innovation, purpose paper is develop scorecard assessing process.
